Refund Policy

We prioritize transparency and fairness in our operations. Due to the nature of our community-based platform and the digital distribution system, we have specific policies regarding order cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed on YTSEO, it is immediately distributed among our members for processing. As a result, cancellation requests are difficult to accommodate. However, we may consider cancellation requests under the following circumstances:

  1. The YouTube Channel link provided is invalid or the channel has an active strike that may hinder the promotion process.
  2. The order creator cancels the order before the delivery processing, which typically begins within one hour of receiving the order on a working day.
  3. In the case of advance payment for future campaign months, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 15 days in advance.

Refund Policy: Refunds may be initiated under the following circumstances:

  1. Invalid YouTube Channel link or active strike hindering the promotion process.
  2. Order cancellation before delivery processing.
  3. Advance payment for future campaign months with a written cancellation request submitted 15 days in advance.

Note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment source using the same mechanism used for ordering. However, gateway processing fees will be deducted from the actual paid amount.
